Notice of Adoption and Public Hearing

A Public Hearing with an Independent Commissioner is scheduled to consider objections and representations on the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations amendments at the Twillingate Town Hall at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024. These amendments would re-designate and re-zone land located at 45 Upper Jenkins Cove Road from “Industrial” to “Residential” on the Future Land Use Map of the Municipal Plan, and re-zone the lands from “Marine and Industrial” to “Residential” on the Zoning Map of the Development Regulations.
